General Shipping information
All orders over $95.00 ship free with Standard Ground service to the 48 contiguous States. We take every effort to ship our product safely, quickly, and as low as cost possible. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart. Orders will ship via common carrier, FedEx, UPS, DHL based on product size and quantity. Custom orders may incur additional crating and shipping charges.
Shipping rates are for the 48 contiguous states. All other orders you will need to contact us for rates.
*Additional charges may apply to certain delivery exceptions (e.g. deliveries with limited access, gated properties, re-consignment, re-delivery, storage due to customer not available to receive.)
Common carrier will contact you via phone to arrange a delivery time. You must be present to receive product. It may require your assistance to remove product from truck.
UPS/FedEx/DHL will generally ship smaller items. If a delivery arrives when you are not at home, inspect product and confirm accuracy of order. Notify us within 48 hours for any claims and or errors of receipt.
Check your delivery for any visible damage. If product is damaged to the degree it cannot be used do not sign or accept package, please refuse and contact our customer service at 770-963-7999.
If your order needs to be returned you have 7 days from receipt of product. A Return Authorization number must be issued to return product. A 15% restocking fee applies to these returns. Customer will pay the shipping costs to return product. Returned product must be packed in original box with sufficient packaging material and marked with a RA#. Items damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping will not be replaced or refunded.
Custom orders cannot be returned.
