Buyers Guide:
- Consult with building officials, local codes and certified professionals before installing a gas fire bowl
- A manual valve is required for lighting and adjusting the flame height
- A Key valve cannot be installed inside bowl due to limited space
- A valve should be installed within 3 feet of bowl location for safe operation
- If bowl is mounted on a column, check with your gas plumber for installing valve at column
- If propane is your gas source, consider using small lava rock, extra large fire glass or lava stones as a decorative accessory. Fire glass, extra small lava rock or small media must not cover burner holes
- 20 lbs of fire glass is recommended for natural gas applications only.
